Abstract

Casodex is an antiandrogen sold under the brand name Bicalutamide. To quantify it, a brand new, fast, inexpensive, and isocratic switch level superior execution fluid chromatography (RP-HPLC) system was developed. The system uses a Phosphate cradle with a pH 4.0-Methyl liquor in the mix of 30-70 as a flexible stage. The developed methodology was accepted as per ICH recommendations. The development was completed in an isocratic fashion inside the portable stage, and chromatographic separation was achieved using a WATERS Partnership 2695 detachment module using Programming: have interaction 2 and 996 PDA Finder at room temperature, with linearity seen in the range of 10-50 g/ml.
